Mario de la Garza, a graduate of Harvard University and Northwestern University School of Law, founded The de la Garza Law Group, where he represents victims of catastrophic personal injury in a variety of contexts, including industrial, workplace, and premises injuries, trucking and serious automobile accidents, wrongful death, defective products, and medical malpractice. Mr. de la Garza began his legal career as an appellate lawyer at Haynes and Boone, LLP, where he drafted appellate briefs and trial motions in complex civil matters. He then gained international transaction experience at Bracewell & Giuliani, LLP. In early 2009, Mr. de la Garza decided to focus his efforts on representing people who have been wronged by the negligence of others. Toward this end, he joined Fleming & Associates, a nationally recognized class, and mass action firm, where he worked on complex pharmaceutical litigation. In February of 2013, Mr. de la Garza joined Tucker, Barnes, Garcia & de la Garza, P.C. as a shareholder. In August of 2018, he founded The de la Garza Law Group, where he continues to represent victims of catastrophic personal injury.
