Mr. Davis is a co-founder of Davis & Brusca and the firm’s managing partner. He has devoted his practice to helping seriously injured people and their families for over 20 years, and has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Mark understands that the true focus of any injury case is the impact which the injury causes on the lives of those affected and therefore no two “accidents” are truly the same. He works tirelessly to create client-focused plans which deliver results targeted to each client’s unique needs & interests.
Mr. Davis has a record of success in trial which has earned him multiple professional and peer honors. He holds Board Certification as a civil trial lawyer from both the New Jersey Supreme Court and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is an avid cyclist, and resides in Mercer County with his wife and two children.
