In a recent ten-day period, Mr. McNabola tried a case in DuPage County and received a record jury verdict after rejecting a significant offer from the defense. During a day off from that trial, he represented a family at a mediation resulting in a $14 million settlement. Mark McNabola is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Society of Trial Attorneys and a frequent columnist in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. He has been an adjunct law professor at DePaul University College of Law in trial advocacy.
