I am proud to be the founding partner of Rafidi, Pallante & Melewski, LLC (fka Amendolara & Rafidi, LLC), an Ohio based, multi-office boutique law firm. I have put together a team of talented attorneys and support staff that excel in their respective fields. I am the Managing Partner of our Practice throughout the entire State of Ohio. My experience has allowed me to practice law in nearly every county throughout Ohio. My practice now concentrates on Business Consulting, Corporate Law, and Personal Injury Law.
Throughout the years, I have negotiated and drafted multi-million dollar contracts for my business clients and have successfully achieved multi-million dollar settlement/awards for my personal injury clients. By limiting my representation I am able to focus on the details necessary to successfully advise and represent clients in complex unique legal issues in the fields of business law and personal injury.
My clientele includes sports athletes, celebrities, accountants, lawyers, health care practitioners, financial institutions, real estate developers, gaming companies, franchisees/franchisors, internet/technology companies, retailers, entertainment companies, manufacturing companies, wholesalers, liquor manufacturers/distributors, and a vast array of personal injury clients ranging from wrongful death to motor vehicle accident clients involving low impact musculoskeletal injuries.
Not only have I advised clients in the national and international business world, but I have also invested, owned, and operated numerous businesses in the retail, real estate, restaurant, liquor, and franchise industries. I am an avid world traveler and have visited over 40 different countries. My travels and business acumen have also led me into the international real estate investor/developer world. My legal career has also led me into becoming a consultant in the health care industry as a managing member of a physician consulting group. All the experience and success are meaningless without my clients, who generally become my trusted 'family' and friends.
