
Martin Thomas is the president and managing attorney for Decker, Cardon, Thomas, Weintraub & Neskis, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, criminal law and traffic law. His personal injury practice includes motor vehicle accidents, products liability, medical malpractice and premises liability. He also has an active practice in various areas of administrative law, including alcoholic beverage control law and representation of various health care professionals before the Department of Health Professionals. Martin also represents many corporations and businesses, and is a recognized torts attorney. He handles multimillion-dollar personal injury cases throughout Virginia involving serious injuries.
