Raised in Charlotte, N.C., Mr. Arnold graduated from Providence Senior High School and Belmont Abbey College, where he studied Philosophy and Psychology. He later attended The University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill, where he was research assistant to Professor Walker Blakey. While at UNC, he helped update "The North Carolina Courtroom Manual on Evidence" and litigated before the North Carolina District Court as a third year practitioner in the UNC Civil Legal Assistance Clinic. Mr. Arnold and his wife returned to the Charlotte area after he graduated law school.
Mr. Arnold began his law career with Stott, Hollowell, Palmer & Windham, L.L.P. focused on insurance defense and general civil litigation. His experience later broadened to include a wide variety of civil litigation. Today, Mr. Arnold brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his focus on representing individuals in divorce and family law cases, advancing personal injury rights, and resolving business and contract disputes.
