Attorney Comerford was born and raised in the Green Ridge Section of Scranton, where he still resides today. He graduated from the Scranton Preparatory School in 1993, and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Scranton in 1997. Attorney Comerford received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 2001.
Since his law school graduation, Attorney Comerford has been actively practicing law in Scranton and all of NEPA. Attorney Comerford’s prowess in the courtroom is unrivaled. He is an aggressive and talented litigator with the experience and ability to try cases in all courts and in all areas of the law.
Attorney Comerford built his practice in Criminal Law, trying dozens of criminal jury trials in both state and federal court. While still practicing and excelling in criminal law, Attorney Comerford has expanded his practice into and applies his extraordinary trial experience to Civil Litigation, with emphasis on Personal Injury and Civil Rights Cases.
