Attorney Earner is a founding member of the firm. He is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the firm and ensuring that clients are properly cared for. Michael has always had a passion for helping people and always seeks out opportunity to serve others. When Michael was in his early 20’s, he answered a call to give back by joining the US Army shortly after September 11, 2001. Soon after, he found himself on combat patrols in Taliban controlled territories in Northern Afghanistan. He was injured during a combat patrol and was not longer able to serve in the Infantry.
Instead of simply quitting, he battled through injuries and found a way to continue to serve as a CID Special Agent. In his time as an agent, we worked on serious investigations where the army had an interest including homicide, sexual assault, crimes against children, and other classified and sensitive cases that national security implications.
After a few additional years of military service, the injuries from Afghanistan caught up with Attorney Earner, who opted to undergo an early, honorable, medical discharge from the military and is now a disabled veteran rated at 100%. Attorney Earner then used is Post 9-11 GI Bill to go through law school. Michael decided to continue his service to others after law school, in part, by founding Earner & Weaver to help people who were injured. Michael is a relentless advocate for injured people and he is never afraid to take on any challenge.
Michael earned his undergraduate degree from Thomas A. Edison University and his law degree from Suffolk University. Michael also holds a Master of Business Administration degree and an advanced law degree (LLM) in Taxation.
