Attorney Michael F. Hupy graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1972, and has practiced personal injury law for over 35 years. He has tried and settled numerous Million Dollar personal injury cases including the largest verdict, at that time, in a slip and fall case in the State's history - $9.5 Million, a $5 Million structured settlement in a well known accident in which a large truck crashed through the wall at the House of Peace in Milwaukee and a $20 Million dollar award to an injured child in June 2006. His law firm has collected over $1 billion for its clients. In 2019 He was awarded the Marquis Who's Who Lifetime Achievement Award.

Attorney Michael F. Hupy is a Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, has the highest rating in Martindale-Hubbell-AV Preeminent and is included in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, is Past President of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a member of the American Association for Justice, a former member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice, a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers in Wisconsin in 2005, licensed in Wisconsin, in Illinois and an author and lecturer in trial practice. Mr. Hupy practices exclusively in the area of personal injury law.

Attorney Michael F. Hupy has taken a leading role in having his law firm give back to the community. His law firm has supported worthwhile causes including America's Second Harvest of Wisconsin, the YMCA, the Boy Scouts, scholarship programs, safety programs for bikers, fingerprint programs, and have donated many hours and over $1 million dollars to various worthwhile causes.

Mr. Hupy is a board member of 114 year old Children's Outing Association which has the highest rating of a non-profit in Wisconsin by Charity Navigators. He is president of the newly formed Milwaukee Crime Stoppers. Mr. Hupy periodically offer rewards of $25,000.00 to $50,000.00 in cases where innocent children are shot to death, usually by a bullet coming through a wall of their house. COA 20 year old volunteer, Tay Jackson, was killed by a stray bullet last August near a COA facility in Milwaukee and Mr. Hupy has offered a $100,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the perpetrator.

Attorney Hupy serves as President of Milwaukee Crime Stoppers. He has personally paid cash rewards to stop crime: Two of $25,000, one of $50,000, and $25,000 and $100,000 rewards pending.
