Michael handles all personal injury and medical malpractice claims. He also has a unique connection with municipality claims and construction accidents [New York Labor Law Sections 200, 240(1), and 241(6)]. Michael started his law practice by advertising “WE SUE NYC”. For years, he built a reputation as a fierce adversary of all State, City, and Local municipalities. For almost 30 years, he has dedicated his professional career to representing all victims of police misconduct, civil rights violations, bus, train, auto, construction, work, sidewalk, and crosswalk accidents.
Michael also brings a very unique perspective to construction accidents and N.Y.S. Labor Law cases. At an early age, he was involved in his family’s construction and building maintenance business.
