Michael C. Masciale is an attorney born and raised in Summerville, South Carolina. Michael uses his unique perspective as a former insurance defense attorney to maximize recovery for catastrophic injury victims and their families.
Michael graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2018, where he served as Articles Editor on the Student Editorial Board of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law Journal, one of the most widely-circulated law reviews in the country. Michael graduated from Wofford College with degrees in Government and German Studies.
Prior to joining the O’Reilly Law Firm, Michael had the opportunity to work on behalf of the nation’s largest insurance carriers. During this time, Michael was responsible for defending corporations, lawyers, doctors , and other professionals in legal disputes involving medical malpractice, legal malpractice, insurance bad-faith, trucking accidents, and personal injury. Additionally, Michael excelled in his handling of homeowner association (HOA) litigation.
Michael now advocates on behalf of individuals harmed by large corporations and their agents in personal injury, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, commercial, and other disputes.
