Michael E. Mitchell is a Fresno Criminal Defense and DUI Attorney with over 20 years of experience representing clients in state and federal courts. Before opening his private practice, he worked for Fresno County’s Alternate Defense Office (Barker and Associates) and served on the Central California Appellate Panel, handling serious criminal appeals in the Third and Fifth District Courts of Appeal.
