Lead Attorney, Michael Vincent, as a retired Ypsilanti Police Sergeant, Mr. Vincent has personally given hundreds of breathalyzer tests. He has supervised and run a federally funded drunk driving patrol. He has personally arrested hundreds of people for drunk driving. After retiring from the Ypsilanti Police Department in August of 1986, he has practiced in criminal defense focusing on the defense of drunk driving.
While with YPD, Mr. Vincent became a breathalyzer operator. He has been recognized by multiple agencies as a Top 10 litigator in OWI cases.
Mr. Vincent is so well versed in defending cases that he acted as an adjunct professor with Ava Maria Law School.
