Mr. Eisenberg is a senior attorney at Dan Chapman & Associates, LLC and he manages the firm's Personal Injury practice. Mr. Eisenberg is a former insurance company lawyer who now only represents accident victims and their families. He represents clients who have suffered serious injuries, and families who have suffered the death of a loved one, due to the carelessness and negligence of another. The types of cases handled by Mr. Eisenberg include car accidents, large truck wrecks, nursing home injuries and abuse, medical malpractice, prescription medication errors, birth injuries, brain damage injuries and wrongful death cases. Mr. Eisenberg has helped his clients recover millions of dollars for their injuries, harms and losses through jury verdicts and settlements.
Mr. Eisenberg received his college degree from the University of Georgia in 1986 and he received his law degree from the Mercer University School of Law in 1991. Mr. Eisenberg is married with three children, four stepchildren and three grandchildren. He is an active member of his church and he has served on a number of boards including the University of Georgia Chapter of The College Football Hall of Fame, The Touchdown Club of Athens, The Northeast Georgia Chapter of The Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Georgia Beta Chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.
