Myles Shaw focuses his practice on personal injury litigation and mass torts. Myles is licensed to practice in Texas, Pennsylvania, Missouri, as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Government degree from the University of Texas at Austin before going on to attend South Texas College of Law Houston. He graduated magna cum laude, receiving his law degree in 2022.
While in school, Myles was already working to establish himself as a skilled attorney. In his third year of law school, using his supervised practice card, Myles represented financial advisors who were departing their brokerage firms and had been accused of violating non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. Myles was able to secure favorable arbitration awards for his clients, demonstrating his skill and tenacity, even as a student. He was also a member of South Texas’s National Mock Trial Team, where he competed in mock trial competitions nationwide.
Prior to joining Williams Hart & Boundas, Myles worked on the largest mass tort in the history of the United States: the 3M earplug litigation, representing over ten thousand military veterans who sustained hearing injuries from defective earplugs manufactured by 3M. He is currently working on the Roundup and Uber/Lyft rideshare assault litigation. He has a passion for helping victims injured by the negligence of major corporations seek the justice and restitution they deserve.
