Natalie Arledge is an associate attorney at Cowen | Rodriguez | Peacock. She was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science.
While at Baylor University, Natalie learned that she loved to advocate when she was selected to be a Baylor Ambassador and lobbied the state and federal congress to continue funding the Tuition Equalization Grant Program (TEG).
Natalie returned to Waco in 2010 to attend Baylor Law School. While in law school, she developed a passion to serve her community and people in need when she took on internships with the Innocence Project and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
After graduating law school, Natalie's passion for service continued when she went to work with the disabled and helped them obtain their wrongfully denied Social Security benefits.
Natalie joined Cowen | Rodriguez | Peacock in 2017 eager to continue serving those in need.
When not in the office, Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband, her son, and their two dogs.
