Neil O’Donnell is the founder of O’Donnell Law Offices. As an experienced trial lawyer, he fights for his clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.
His practice focuses on truck crashes and car crashes, sexual exploitation, premises liability, bad faith, dram shop, and insurance disputes.
He started practicing law in 1987, after he was admitted into the Pennsylvania Bar. Attorney O’Donnell is admitted to practice in the Middle District of Pennsylvania and Eastern District of Pennsylvania United States District Courts. He also is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
His legal career began after he graduated with honors from King’s College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
He worked for three years in Philadelphia, for the Baskin, Flaherty, Elliot & Mannino firm, before starting O’Donnell Law Offices in 1990.
