Niki Blumentritt Pierce graduated with honors from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2011 after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Auburn University. While in law school, she gained invaluable experience by clerking for the Alabama Attorney General’s Office in the Family and Consumer Protection Units, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, and the Honorable Gene Reese of the 15th Judicial Circuit Court.
Niki is a results-driven attorney whose practice focuses primarily upon Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Civil Litigation, Motorcycle Accidents, Automobile Accidents, Dog Bite Accidents, Domestic and Family Law matters such as divorce, child custody, separation, child support, modification, mediation, paternity, dependency, visitation, alimony, property and asset division.

A native of Troy, Alabama, she is a dependable professional, adept at creating innovative strategies which produce profitable results. As a mediator, Niki is a natural communicator and negotiator. Niki is also a skilled writer whose analytical article, “Attention All Internet Users: How Proposed Amendments to the Communications Decency Act Could Save Your Reputation,” was published in the American University Washington College of Law’s Legislation and Policy Brief, a prestigious legal journal.
