Since graduating cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and starting as a trial lawyer, Patrick Fitzgerald has been involved in some of the highest-profile and most successful cases in the Commonwealth. He played an integral role in the historic Amtrak 188 derailment settlement, the NJ Transit Hoboken derailment cases, and a trial against a security firm in a workplace shooting case that resulted in an eight-figure dual verdict. He has settled numerous cases for seven- and eight-figures arising from medical malpractice and commercial vehicle operator negligence cases. Hailing from Pittsburgh and living in Philadelphia, Patrick has roots throughout the Commonwealth.
