
Patrick W. Wandres represents individuals and businesses throughout Oklahoma in high-stakes litigation matters with a primary focus on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, trucking and automobile collisions, insurance disputes, and complex business litigation. With nearly two decades of litigation experience, Patrick has built a reputation as a strategic and relentless advocate for his clients. A native Tulsan, Patrick earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was a Stephenson Scholar, served as Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, and was a member of the American Indian Law Review.Â
Patrick is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma state courts and all federal district courts in Oklahoma. In addition to representing plaintiffs in serious injury and wrongful death matters, he regularly advises businesses on risk management, employment disputes, contracts, and complex commercial litigation.
