Paul Nathan's practice is limited to trials, trial consulting, and litigation consulting. He tries a variety of civil trials including but not limited to personal injury, soft tissue, brain injury, breach of contract, domestic violence civil matters, and medical and dental malpractice among many more areas on behalf of the injured and underdogsÂ
Mr. Nathan received the AV Preeminent Award from Martindale Hubbell within 4 years of practice, was named a "Rising Star" by SuperLawyers in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. He has been named as a Litigator of the Year by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers, and the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Premier Attorneys of America.
Additionally, he is a 2012 graduate of the Trial Lawyers College.Â
Paul Nathan is a fifth-generation San Franciscan who enjoys sailing, skiing, and hiking with his wife, daughter, and rescue dogs as well as playing tennis. He is a dedicated advocate for supporting the adoption of animals who need homes. Paul serves as the legal counsel for the Neigh Savers Foundation, a non-profit foundation that rescues racehorses that would otherwise be sent to slaughter and seeks to give those horses a new life.
