Phil joined the Elk & Elk team in August of 2007 and became a partner in 2012. He focuses on injuries of a catastrophic nature including personal injury, medical malpractice, trucking, products liability and general tort law. He has won substantial verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Kuri maintains active memberships in the American Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association.
