Attorney Rebecca Bailey earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2015. During her time there, she was actively involved in various organization, including the Women’s Law Caucus and the Public Interest Initiative, while also mentoring fellow students and achieving notable academic honors. Balancing her education with a full-time paralegal role at a local firm, Rebecca transitioned into an associate attorney shortly after graduation.
Her career is built on a solid foundation of hands-on legal experience. Before law school, she worked extensively as a paralegal focused on workers’ compensation and was honored in 2010 with the Central Pennsylvania Paralegal Association’s Outstanding Paralegal of the Year Award. This recognition highlighted her professionalism, high-quality work, legal skills, and community service.
Now a key member of Marzzacco Niven & Associates, Rebecca represents individuals in a broad range of personal injury matters—from car crashes and slip-and-fall incidents to dog bites and construction site injuries. She also advocates for injured workers pursuing workers’ compensation benefits across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Rebecca’s skill and commitment haven’t gone unnoticed. She was named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in both 2019 and 2020, a distinction reserved for a small percentage of attorneys who demonstrate exceptional promise and peer-recognized excellence in their fields.
In addition to her legal practice, Rebecca is deeply involved in pro bono work. She consistently volunteers with the Dauphin County Bar Association’s community service initiatives, including Wills for Heroes, the Homeless Outreach Project, Bethesda Mission Legal Clinic, and programs supporting veterans in need.
