Richard W. Fuquay was born in Mobile, Alabama in 1960. He graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a B.S. in Human Resource Management in 1988. Richard obtained his J.D. from the University of Alabama in 1991. While attending law school he served as Associate Editor of the Law and Psychology Review.
Richard is currently a member of the American Association for Justice, AAJ Admiralty law Section, Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute, the Alabama Association for Justice, South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and the Paul W. Brock American Inn of Court. His practice focuses on representing individuals and small businesses in civil actions involving personal injury, insurance claims, admiralty and maritime claims, employment discrimination and commercial disputes.
Richard is married to Therese Fuquay and has three children. His hobbies are hunting, fishing and his Chesapeake Bay Retriever Mac.
