Rightly Perry brings compassion and a commitment to excellence to BD&J. With extensive experience in dog bite, slip and fall, car accident, medical malpractice, and wrongful death, Mr. Perry takes each of his clients’ cases seriously, ensuring frequent communication and care.
As a victim of a car accident himself, Mr. Perry understands the trauma associated with being injured by another’s negligence and has turned his struggle into a passion for helping clients heal. That’s why he is dedicated to providing tireless advocacy for his clients’ short- and long-term care needs. This care has earned him awards from highly respected organizations, including Super Lawyer’s 2024 Rising Star. He is a proud member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
Mr. Perry received his bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and his J.D. from Southwestern Law School. He also served as a Board Member of Southwestern Law School’s Negotiation Honors Program. Mr. Perry was a finalist in both the National Sports Law Negotiation Competition and the National Energy Law Negotiation Competition.
