
Rob Rodgers graduated from New York Law School in 2013 and was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 2014. Mr. Rodgers attended the night program while he was employed full time as a trial prep assistant for the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, where he was a member of the SSEU Local 371.
Mr. Rodgers served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Queens County District Attorney’s Office for four years. In those four years, he gained significant investigative and court room experience prosecuting a variety of felonies and misdemeanors, which included forgery, assault, driving while intoxicated, sale/possession of narcotics to verdict.
In 2017 Mr. Rodgers joined Miller & Caggiano, LLP. His litigation background enables him to zealously advocate on behalf of the injured and disabled worker to protect the benefits due to them and their families. Mr. Rodgers is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
