Rob Henson is a Tulsa criminal defense attorney and the founder of Henson Law Firm, PLLC. He represents individuals facing criminal charges throughout Tulsa and surrounding Oklahoma communities, handling matters ranging from misdemeanors, DUI cases, theft crimes, drug offenses, sex crimes, and serious felony cases.
Rob graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Dana L. Kuehn, then a Tulsa County District Judge and now Vice Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Since entering private practice, Rob has focused his work on Oklahoma criminal defense and trial work.

When a favorable resolution can be reached through negotiation, Rob works to identify and pursue that opportunity. When contested issues must be litigated or a case must be tried, he prepares accordingly.
