Attorney Soroka concentrates his practice on catastrophic accidents involving commercial motor vehicles. He frequently litigates tractor-trailer accidents, bus accidents, non-emergency medical transport cases, and commercial vehicle cases occurring in construction zones. He routinely takes on disputed liability matters, and has vast experience litigating cases involving tractor-trailers and commercial vehicles, negligent security claims, construction site accidents, premises liability matters, brain injury, spine injury and various other matters where individuals were injured through no fault of their own. Although Attorney Soroka began his practice in the areas of criminal defense and commercial litigation, he pivoted his practice after experiencing the personal satisfaction of fighting for families impacted by the tragedy of catastrophic injury or loss of a loved one. He is frequently called on by attorneys in other states to help with challenging cases and has handled serious injury and wrongful death matters in numerous states. With every case, he strives to hold bad actors responsible, and make the country a safer place.
