Rudolf B. Radna, the managing attorney of The Weinstein Law Group, PLLC, has experience in general liability matters, including premises liability, labor law, and motor vehicle. Mr. Radna also has experience with workers' compensation administrative appeals.
In 2009, he helped write an appeal to the Court of Appeals that changed the interpretation of a worker safety regulation. In 2008, he performed heavy research in a challenging case in the Appellate Division involving a fall from a sidewalk bridge, finding the winning case by looking through years of labor law cases.
Mr. Radna graduated with a B.A. from Connecticut College in 1998 and J.D. from Fordham University in 2001, and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
