Scott Kunkel is an attorney and mediator. Mr. Kunkel has practiced law for over 30 years. He is licensed to practice in Utah and the District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.). Mr. Kunkel is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Scott Kunkel received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Utah College of Law. He is a member of the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Sections of the American Bar Association and the Business Law Section of the Utah State Bar.
