Attorney Scott Supperstein has represented injured workers and motorists since 1984. He has successfully represented hundreds of people in contested work-related injury claims and accident claims, in workers' compensation hearings, mediations, personal injury trials, and arbitrations.

A History of Service
Mr. Supperstein has been honored by the Presiding Administrative Law Judge by being appointed to serve on the committee to interview for the selection of judges. He has also been honored by the City of West Linn for his service there and by the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Oregon State Bar.
Mr. Supperstein is an author and has spoken at multiple medical conferences regarding the interplay of law and medicine, as well as on issues related to workers' compensation and chiropractic care. He has also spoken at the Oregon State Bar Workers' Compensation Section Bench Bar Forum and served on the executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar, Workers’ Compensation Section. His journal articles for medical publications explained PIP issues arising from auto accident claims and the burden injured workers must bear within Oregon's workers' compensation system.
Special Focus
Neck and back injuries from motor vehicles accidents, lumbar and cervical disc injuries requiring surgery, bone fractures, carpel tunnel claims, eye injuries, and knee, elbow and shoulder surgeries all result in unique challenges for victims. Education, Associations & Honors
Mr. Supperstein received his Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College, then attended the Lewis and Clark Law School where he earned a Doctor of Juris Prudence in 1983.
He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, the Oregon Workers' Compensation Association, and the American Association for Justice, as well as the Multnomah County Bar and the Colorado State Bar associations. He is admitted to practice law in all Oregon courts, including the Oregon Court of Appeals, Oregon Supreme Court, and the United States District Court.
