Attorney Seth Dobieski is an associate attorney at Naro Law PLLC, where he focuses his practice on criminal defense and family law. Drawing on years of prosecutorial experience and a strong academic background, Attorney Dobieski is a dedicated advocate for clients facing challenging legal issues in the New Hampshire State Court system.

A native of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, Attorney Dobieski earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Bates College in 2017, graduating cum laude and making the Dean’s List for his academic achievement. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire – Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2020.

Attorney Dobieski began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Rockingham County Attorney’s Office, where he handled a range of felony and misdemeanor cases in Superior Court, including serving as lead counsel in multiple jury trials. In 2022, he joined the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office in Nashua, New Hampshire, continuing to prosecute complex and high-stakes criminal cases. His caseload included charges such as Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, and Computer Crimes Against Children. One of his most notable roles was as one of two prosecutors in a nationally publicized Attempted Murder trial.

In 2024, Attorney Dobieski transitioned into private practice, where he applies his deep knowledge of the criminal justice system to zealously represent individuals in both criminal and family law matters. His experience as a former prosecutor gives him valuable insight into how cases are built and prosecuted—an advantage he now uses to protect the rights of his clients.

Attorney Dobieski is admitted to practice in all New Hampshire state courts.
