Attorney Shane M. Smith helps people and small businesses who have been injured physically or financially by wrongdoers, insurance companies, corporations, and banks. Smith grew up in Northwest Iowa working on the family farm and working construction with his father. He attended college and law school at the University of South Dakota. After law school, he went on to earn a post-doctoral law degree in tax at the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law, home to one of the nation’s preeminent tax law programs.
Smith formed the law firm Shane M. Smith, P.A. after working at other litigation firms, including an insurance defense firm. Shane M. Smith, P.A. was formed with the objective of giving consumers and small businesses easier access to the justice system through building a customer-service-oriented law firm.
