Shane A. Sullivan, Esq., a resident of Bergen County, NJ, is a partner at Jae Lee Law and concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury, real estate and worker’s compensation.
Originally hailing from Durham, Connecticut, Shane graduated from Georgetown University is Washington, D.C. with a major in Theology. He subsequently attended Jacob D. Fuchsberg Touro Law Center where he earned a Juris Doctorate. During law school, Shane worked as a research assistant in the area of intellectual property in the area of “Physical and Conceptual Separability” as it applied to Trademarks. Shane also participated in the William Randolph Hearst Public Advocacy Center’s Veterans and Service Members Clinic. He was admitted to practice before the state courts of New Jersey in 2012 and in New York in 2013. Shane was also admitted to practice before the Gaming Disputes Court for the Mohegan Tribe in 2014.
After completing law school, he became a judicial clerk for the Honorable Brian Martinotti, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Bergen County Superior Court, where he gained extensive experience in complex civil litigation. After finishing his clerkship, Shane was an associate at Piro, Zinna, Cifelli, Paris & Genitempo, where he concentrated his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation and insurance defense. In addition, Shane is a certified civil mediator in New Jersey. He is currently a part of the litigation team at Jae Lee Law, P.C. and concentrates his practice in personal injury litigation and workers compensation; including motor vehicle accidents and premises accidents of all natures. His work also includes all types of municipal court cases. Shane is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.
