Sofia Straus grew up in Houston and attended the University of Houston and South Texas College of Law Houston. During her career, Sofia has only worked with firms that focus their practice on Plaintiff’s litigation. She has represented the interests of individuals and businesses in third-party and first-party insurance disputes. Sofia is committed to helping injured victims and achieving the best results for her clients. She believes that lawyers have an obligation to be community leaders, public servants, and forces for positive social change. Her legal practice is primarily focused on personal injury.

While her caseload keeps her busy, she is a participating member of Houston Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and The Garland R. Walker American Inn of Court. She spends her free time practicing yoga with friends and spending time with her family.
