Stephen J. Maloney, Jr. is an experienced litigator that works in the firm’s Personal Injury Department. He represents clients in complex personal injury litigation, medical malpractice cases, wrongful death litigation, negligence, and cases involving products liability. Prior to joining Napoli Shkolnik PLLC, he was associated with one of the largest personal injury and medical malpractice defense firms on Long Island. He also served as a Senior Trial Attorney for Allstate Insurance Company.
Stephen earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Albany Law School. While in law school he worked in the New York State Senate. He was also selected to Albany’s Litigation Clinic, working under a student practice order from the Appellate Division, representing individuals throughout the Capital District in various civil actions.
He is a former President of the Suffolk County Brehon Law Society and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Suffolk County Police Athletic League.
