Stephen is an attorney with Kelly and Associates representing clients in a wide range of personal injury matters. Prior to joining Kelly and Associates, Attorney Semenza litigated cases in different areas of the law. However, Attorney Semenza soon realized that his true passion was representing the interests of injured individuals. He takes great pride in helping his clients and their families through difficult times and advocates aggressively on their behalf.
Attorney Semenza represents injured Plaintiffs throughout the Commonwealth and has litigated cases before the Superior and District Courts of Massachusetts. Attorney Semenza has handled complex disputes including catastrophic personal injury actions and has received substantial recovery for his clients. Attorney Semenza was honored as a 2019 Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star for his work in the area of personal injury litigation.
He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is a graduate of New England Law | Boston where he earned Dean’s List Honors and served as the Comment and Note Editor for the New England Law Journal on Civil and Criminal Confinement.
Stephen has a great passion for competitive sports, particularly basketball and volunteers his time as a boys’ basketball assistant coach. He also enjoys running, exploring Boston’s many restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. Stephen lives in Boston’s historic North End.
