Steven L. Stice is a partner at Talley, Turner, Stice & Bertman, where he focuses on criminal defense, and also represents clients in civil litigation, real estate law, and juvenile matters. He brings nearly 30 years of legal experience to the firm, including 10 years of service as a Special District Judge for Cleveland County.
Mr. Stice began practicing law in 1996 and developed a reputation as a skilled and committed advocate. In 2010, he was appointed to the bench, where he presided over a wide range of criminal and civil cases. His judicial experience provided him with an invaluable perspective on courtroom dynamics, evidentiary issues, and judicial decision-making.
Since returning to private practice in 2020, Mr. Stice has drawn on that experience to provide clients with strategic, results-oriented representation in state, federal, and tribal courts. He is especially valued for his ability to assess complex legal issues and guide clients through high-stakes proceedings with clarity and confidence.
