More About Dr. Heimberg

Before founding his own firm, Dr. Heimberg practiced at two of the nation’s leading firms representing corporate interests, Skadden Arps and the Washington, D.C. predecessor to Reed Smith. He also served as a Special Assistant to the Secretary of Health. This diverse background has provided him with a deep understanding of injury litigation, allowing him to comprehend the complexities of his clients’ injuries and the causes behind them more effectively than many other attorneys.

Dr. Heimberg’s expertise makes him uniquely qualified to work with and against medical experts, a pivotal aspect of major injury and medical malpractice cases. In Cambodia, Dr. Heimberg has co-founded schools in 10 different slum communities in Phnom Penh, providing free education to approximately 2,000 students each year. He also works to recover treasures stolen from Cambodia’s temple complexes, such as Angkor Wat. As one of two people officially appointed by Cambodia to negotiate their return, he has successfully recovered multiple collections, including some of the country’s greatest treasures.
