Steven represents private sector employees serving in all positions and all levels of authority, plus municipal, state, and federal government employees. Murray Law represents employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and discharge cases before the United States District Court, and in negotiations, mediations, and state and federal administrative agency actions.
Steven has over 30 years of experience, including service as a Senior Trial Attorney for the EEOC prosecuting civil rights employment violations in Alabama, Mississippi, and Northern Florida. He is actively admitted to practice in Colorado, Illinois, and the District of Columbia, and federal trial and appellate courts.
Steven has represented prevailing private sector and municipal and federal government employees in five consecutive jury trials before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. He earned a Juris Doctorate [JD] degree from Saint Louis University School of Law and a Master of Laws [LL.M] degree in Labor and Employment Law from Georgetown University School of Law.
