Houston Middleton is a partner at Lundy LLP, L.L.P. An Alabama native, Houston obtained bachelor’s degrees from Louisiana State University and his law degree from Emory University School of Law. He practiced with a large defense firm in Baton Rouge before joining Lundy LLP, L.L.P. in 2012. Over the course of his career, Houston has litigated in a variety of fields: personal injury, business and commercial, and insurance. From 2020 – 2023, Houston focused his practice nearly exclusively on helping his neighbors in Southwest Louisiana recover insurance money necessary to rebuild their homes and lives after the devastation of Hurricanes Laura and Delta.
Houston is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts of Louisiana and all state courts of Texas. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Southwest Louisiana Bar Association. He also is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Louisiana Association for Justice.
Houston and his wife, Lauren, live in Lake Charles with their children Quinn, Elisabeth, Liam, Patrick, and Charlotte. The family are parishioners of the Cathedral of Immaculate Conception in downtown Lake Charles. In his free time, Houston enjoys spending time with his family and reading a good book.
