Taylor Kosla Unterberg is a Managing Partner at Mike Agruss Law where she focuses her practice primarily in the areas of personal injury and consumer rights. There was never a doubt in Taylor’s mind that she wanted a career in the legal field. Law is the perfect place for Taylor to delve into her passion for reading, medicine, and fighting for the underdog.
A native of the Chicagoland suburbs, Taylor received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and then earned her Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. During law school, Taylor was President of the Chicago-Kent Justinian Society and a Justinian scholarship recipient. Taylor joined the Mike Agruss Law team in August 2017 shortly after graduating from law school. Prior to working at Mike Agruss Law, Taylor worked at various personal injury and medical malpractice law firms. What Taylor loves most about Mike Agruss Law is the collaborative work environment and the relationships she builds with clients.
Taylor is a member of professional and bar associations including the Illinois Trial Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, and the Chicago Bar Association. Additionally, Taylor was interviewed by CBS News (March 2023) and she has contributed to articles published in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (February 2019), MoneyTips (May 2019), and WGLT News (August 2021) on her experience with consumer rights, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
