Tess E. Russell is an associate attorney.
Prior to joining Brown & Barron, she was a fellow at a D.C.-based firm that litigates consumer and employment class-action lawsuits across the country.
During her time at the UCLA School of Law, Tess worked at an eviction defense nonprofit and was a member of an environmental policy clinic that helped pass a new occupational heat standard for outdoor workers in California. Prior to law school, she spent several years working in tech startups. She is an active member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City’s Young Lawyers Division and Maryland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
Tess is admitted to practice in the state courts of Maryland.
