Tim Maloney graduated from the University of Texas in 1986 and received his law degree from St. Mary's University. Mr. Maloney is the youngest of five children, all attorneys and is the son of Pat Maloney, Sr, a nationally known trial attorney. Tim has been practicing law for 16 years and specializes in civil litigation. Mr. Maloney has numerous multi-million verdicts and has represented clients from all across the United States. Mr. Maloney was lead counsel in the largest civil rights verdict in the history of the state of Tennessee, lead counsel in a six million verdict representing the daughter of a district court judge who was tragically burned to death and lead counsel in a 26.5 million settlement involving elderly investors defrauded by a national securities firm. Mr. Maloney actually tries lawsuits and that is becoming a very rare art for attorneys these days.
Mr. Maloney is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Trial Association.
