Tim J. Pollard is the founder of The Pollard Firm, APC. After serving as a founding Partner of the successful law firm TUCKER | POLLARD for eight years, Mr. Pollard decided to branch out into his own practice that serves Southern California clients in the areas of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, and Family Law.
Prior to founding TUCKER | POLLARD and now the Pollard Firm, APC, Mr. Pollard practiced law at a boutique law firm in Newport Beach, California that focused on Business and Real Estate law. While attending law school Mr. Pollard was selected for a position with JP Morgan Chase's In-House Legal Counsel as a summer associate, a position that was applied for by hundreds of candidates from numerous top tier law schools. While working for JP Morgan Chase's legal department, Mr. Pollard worked on nationwide collections matters, breach of contract cases, and matters involving Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act.
In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Pollard has extensive real estate and mortgage related transaction experience, where prior to attending law school, he was a licensed real estate agent, loan officer, and also as a Customer Relations Manager for a fortune 100 home developer. Since forming TUCKER | POLLARD, in 2011, Mr. Pollard has handled numerous cases involving a wide variety of real estate, business, corporate, family law, and general civil litigation disputes including personal injury cases.
Mr. Pollard earned his Juris Doctor degree and a certificate in business law from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California in 2010. Mr. Pollard earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Argumentation and Rhetoric from California State University San Bernardino. Mr. Pollard also obtained his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, prior to law school.
Mr. Pollard is a member of State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association.
