Since he was young, Timothy has prioritized helping others. When he was younger that meant helping with relief and service projects, but now it means fighting for people’s rights and alleviating their worries and anxieties. For these reasons, becoming a personal injury attorney seemed like a natural fit for him. Before becoming an attorney, Timothy worked in the service industry.
He often compares the time spent serving customers in the service industry to the work he does as an attorney. He takes pride in giving his clients a voice while assisting them through the most difficult periods of their lives. Being an attorney allows him the opportunity to constantly learn and progress, while also improving the lives of others.
Timothy is licensed to practice law in Texas State Courts. Primarily, his practice includes car collision cases, dog bite cases, nonsubscriber workplace injury cases, premises liability cases, and trucking collision cases. In addition, Timothy is a part of our mass torts team where he represents clients who have been injured through severe negligent acts of large corporations. While most of his clients are unfamiliar with the legal industry, he aspires to teach them about their legal rights in relation to the law. He reevaluates his cases frequently to create innovative methods to approach problems that arise in litigation. His clients appreciate his ability to create a legal strategy specifically tailored to their cases. Timothy’s creative solutions assist clients in obtaining favorable recoveries.
Helping families through tragedies while holding negligent parties accountable motivates Timothy in his practice. One of his most notable cases was when he helped the family of a little girl who had her lip bitten off by a pitbull negligently handled by its owner.
Timothy received his Juris Doctorate from Baylor Law School in 2015. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor Criminology from the University of Oklahoma.
Timothy is a member of the Bell County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Christian Legal Society, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and has served as the President of the Killeen Rotary Club in 2020.
He has received the W.W. Naman Memorial Award in 2015 and was a member of the 2015 AAJ Mock Trial Regional Team, the 2015 Queens County District Attorney Mock Trial Team, the 2014 NCTC Mock Trial Team, the 2014 George Washington Religious Freedom Moot Court Team, 2013 Mack Kidd Admin Law Moot Court Team and Order of the Barristers.
