Tobi Russeck is a seasoned trial attorney with over 17 years of litigation experience with proven results directly tied to her tenacious and aggressive approach to litigation. She is a fierce advocate with a commitment to justice which she brings to her daily practice fighting for victims of institutional sexual assault.
After she obtained her law degree from Ohio Northern University in 2007, Tobi Russeck attended and graduated from Temple University’s renowned post-doctorate Trial Advocacy program and earned an LLM degree in 2010. In the years that followed, Tobi built a reputation for being a formidable courtroom advocate and a dedicated client counselor. Tobi is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients.
Throughout her career, Tobi has successfully handled more than 1000 personal injury cases, securing more than $25 million in settlements for injured clients. She has served as first-chair trial counsel in more than 80 jury trials and has represented clients in complex matters ranging from catastrophic injury and toxic torts to criminal defense and corporate litigation.
She is known for her meticulous trial preparation, persuasive advocacy, and ability to lead high-stakes litigation from inception through resolution.
Her previous roles include Senior Trial Attorney at a large Plaintiff’s personal injury firm, where she led high-value personal injury litigation, and Assistant Attorney General in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where she was a founding member of the Crimes Against Children Task Force with the Department of Homeland Security and handled major felony prosecutions.
Tobi is admitted to practice in multiple federal and state courts, including Pennsylvania and the U.S. Virgin Islands as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and several U.S. District Courts. Her strategic mindset, courtroom presence, and commitment to justice make her a trusted legal partner for both clients and colleagues.
