
Tony Atterbury has zealously represented clients in civil litigation matters since 2001. He received his Bachelor of Science with a major in chemistry and a minor in mathematics from Friends University in 1998, and graduated magna cum laude from Washburn University School of Law in 2001. While at Washburn University, Mr. Atterbury received a Certificate of Environmental Law and served as the Notes Editor of the Washburn Law Journal from 2000-01.
Mr. Atterbury is licensed to practice law in Kansas, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri, and Oklahoma. He previously served on the Bench Bar Committee for the District of Kansas, and has received the AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell. He has been an active board member of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, where he serves on the Board of Governors, and the Wichita Bar Association, where he currently serves on the Civil Practice and Ethics committees. Prior to joining the Bull Attorneys, P.A., Mr. Atterbury was a partner with Depew, Gillen, Rathbun & McInteer, L.C., where he practiced primarily in oil and gas law, aviation law, environmental law, and criminal defense.
