Trever T. Hook has been an attorney since 1995. Mr. Hook has been in private practice in the Des Moines area since 1997 with numerous criminal and civil trials. In criminal matters Mr. Hook has tried first degree murder cases, various sex abuse cases, drug cases, as well as misdemeanor cases including OWI charges. In civil matters Mr. Hook has handled cases for individuals with various injuries including traffic and motorcycle accident cases, truck accident cases, cases involving medical issues, and wrongful death issues. Mr. Hook handles criminal and civil cases in both the State and Federal system. Mr. Hook also handles cases involving injuries sustained at work. Mr. Hook's private practice is restricted to representation of people who have been charged in criminal matters, sustained personal injury of various types, and work related injuries sustained by individuals. Mr. Hook restricts his practice to these areas so that he may specialize for the benefit of his clients. Mr. Hook has given public and private seminars on issues regarding workers' compensation. Mr. Hook belongs to several organizations including the Iowa Association of Justice and Iowa State Bar Association as well as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
