Trevor Courtney was born and raised in Mandeville, Louisiana and received his high school diploma from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. After completing high school, Trevor played baseball as a collegiate athlete and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. After receiving his undergraduate degree,
Trevor graduated Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law-Houston.
In law school, Trevor learned how to aggressively advocate for his clients while he participated in South Texas’ highly awarded and nationally renowned advocacy program. He competed in tournaments around the country on varsity Mock Trial and Moot Court teams and gained experience in law school by working for multiple litigation firms, as well as clerking for the 190th Judicial District Court in Harris County, Texas. Through his experiences in law school, Trevor learned that his passion truly lies in using his competitive nature to help others.
At Arnold & Itkin, Trevor’s practice focuses primarily on matters involving catastrophic personal injury, maritime and offshore cases, premises liability, and wrongful death. Trevor is prepared to do whatever it takes to fight for his clients, no matter what.
Outside of work, Trevor enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing golf, watching college football, and riding horses.
